7XCHANGE does not offer returns for a refund. 7XCHANGE will issue a store credit for merchandise returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Sale items, hats, underwear, and accessories are final sale.

Once your item(s) are accepted for a return, we will issue a digital gift card to the email used during your purchase with 24-48 hours. Gift cards can be used in-store, online, and through our app. Store credit gift cards do not expire. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, hats, underwear, accessories, or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
