Do I need to have an account to place an order?

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Navigate to the top right corner of our website and select the "account" option. This will direct you to a login section where you can conveniently reset your password.

How do I edit, ask questions about, or cancel my order?

If you require adjustments to your order or if there are any inaccuracies, please contact our support center promptly. You can initiate a ticket by emailing us at Please be aware that once an order has been picked and allocated, it cannot be canceled. Furthermore, orders for special release products or during sale periods cannot be canceled or modified. Please be advised that orders made through "bot" type services and backlinks will be subject to cancellation at our discretion, without exceptions.

I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation yet. What should I do?

It's possible that you haven't received your confirmation if you entered your email address incorrectly during checkout. Occasionally, these confirmations might be filtered into your junk mail depending on your email settings. Rest assured, we're more than happy to resend another confirmation email if needed.


How do I find out about promotions?

How do I add a promo code to my order?

During checkout on the payment page, you'll have the opportunity to input a discount code. Simply enter the code and then click on the "Apply" button.

Can I use more than one promo code?

Each order can only utilize one promotional code.


How long will it take orders to ship?

While we strive to ship orders within 48 hours, please note that allocation and order processing occur within hours. Various factors could potentially delay shipping, including:

  1. Invalid addresses or missing apartment/suite numbers.
  2. Allocation of inventory from different locations.
  3. Modifications to addresses or products within an order.
  4. Slow clearance of higher-risk orders by fraud clearing services.

If your order is over 72 hours old without any updates, kindly contact our support team for assistance.

What are the shipping cost?
Is there free shipping?

We provide complimentary shipping for all orders exceeding $150. Please be aware that any "free shipping" selections are dispatched using the most cost-effective method, which generally entails a slower service compared to our expedited options. If prompt delivery is crucial, we recommend upgrading your shipping service.

How will my order be shipped.

All orders will be shipped via UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to customers once their orders have been dispatched. We retain the right to consolidate orders destined for the same delivery address, where appropriate. If you prefer separate shipments, kindly contact our customer service team after completing your checkout.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Kindly follow the link to access the 7XCHANGE Return Center and initiate your return request. Please refrain from using the Return Center to cancel an order.

Do you pay for return shipping cost?

At this time we do not provide coverage for return shipping expenses. The buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping fees.

How do I know if you received my return?

Once your item is received back at our warehouse or store in sellable condition, our customer service team will promptly issue you a store credit. If you wish to inquire about tracking information, please open a help ticket, and we will provide you with an update.

When will I get a refund?

Upon completion of the return process, you will receive an online store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s). Please note that we do not currently provide cash or monetary refunds.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

Are there exchanges rates or additional fees?

All transactions are processed in USD. If your credit card (or alternative payment method) processes transactions in a different currency, your order total will be determined by the daily exchange rate on the transaction date.

My credit card was charged, but I don't think my order went through. What should I do?

Please get in touch with us promptly, ensuring to include the email address utilized for placing the order, the date and time of the order, the order value, and the payment method. Once we have this information, we'll be able to promptly address the issue.
